In this episode I sit down with John Hamilton, the National Director of Camp HOPE America. He collaborates with human services agencies, clinicians, and youth development leaders to offer hope to children around the country. John is an expert in trauma-informed care at camp and brings a unique hope and healing-centered approach to the work. He holds a master’s degree from Western Seminary where he focused on leadership and cultural justice. He specializes in forging unlikely partnerships, developing unified teams, and moving people from theory into practice. He frequently presents or trains at conferences and retreats. John and his wife, Lana, live in New Hampshire with their four daughters, Sadie, Kallan, Eleanor, and Wren.
