We all have negative thoughts sometimes, it’s natural, it’s human, it can even push us forward. But it’s also easy for a negative thought to breed another and another and before you know it you’re mired in a negative way of thinking about everything. 

You can’t be positive all the time, but returning to positive thoughts, thinking about what you have done well and making lists to keep your goals on track are great ways to make sure negativity doesn’t snowball in your life.
