ICE Seattle says he’s been charged with theft, lewd acts with child under 14, and sexual battery. In Lynden, on that same day, 22-year-old Guatemalan Rubi Jeronimo Cruz, who has already been convicted for DUI with reckless driving, has been charged with rape of a child.
