Prosecutors have filed charges against a Seattle driver who is accused of running over and killing a man after he hit the driver's truck with a machete during a dispute last week.Patrick Fashaun Williams, 35, faces one felony count of hit-and-run involving death for the February 28 crash that killed Amani Wheaton.Charging documents reveal more about a parking lot dispute between Williams and Wheaton outside a hotel near North 137th St. and Aurora Ave. N.According to police, multiple witnesses called 911 around 5:45 p.m. to report a man was lying in the middle of the road and appeared to have been run over by a car. Another witness told investigators he heard the sound of tires screeching before seeing the man on the ground.
