After 23 years in downtown Seattle, the Cheesecake Factory will close the doors of its busy location.The decision was made after “extensive review and analysis,” according to a spokesperson for the restaurant.The last day the restaurant at 700 Pike St. will be open is May 4."We have truly enjoyed being a part of the downtown Seattle community over the last 23 years and hope to continue to serve all our Seattle guests at our nearby restaurant locations."-- Spokesperson Alethea Rowe
