Today is International Men's Day, which is all about supporting men's health and promoting positive male role models. IMD encourage conversations about men's mental health, discuss why men are less likely to ask for help and highlight the higher rates of suicide among men. In honour of this, today we will be talking about the challenges of juggling family life with a career at sea and the effect this can have on a seafarer's mental health.
