2 Chronicles 22 – The Dangers of Influence and the Mercy of God

In 2 Chronicles Chapter 22, we enter a dark and chaotic time in Judah’s history. King Ahaziah follows in the footsteps of the wicked, influenced by his mother Athaliah and the house of Ahab. His brief reign is marked by destruction, poor decisions, and ultimately, death. But even in the midst of failure, God’s mercy begins to move behind the scenes to preserve His covenant line.This chapter challenges us to examine who is influencing us—and reminds us that God can still redeem and restore.In this episode, we’ll explore:✅ The Power of Influence:Ahaziah is heavily influenced by ungodly counsel (2 Chronicles 22:2-4).
