2 Chronicles 7:14 — One Nation Under God

As we celebrate Independence Day and conclude this special week of Morning Salt, we’re reminded that the greatest hope for any nation isn’t found in politics or prosperity—it’s found in people who humbly seek God.In today’s episode, Pastor Adam reflects on one of Scripture’s most familiar passages and reminds us that lasting change begins with God’s people. Before we point fingers at the world around us, we’re invited to humble ourselves, pray, seek God’s face, and allow Him to transform our own hearts. As you celebrate this holiday weekend, may gratitude for our nation’s freedoms lead you to a deeper dependence on the God who gives every good gift.Today’s Scripture:“If my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.” -  2 Chronicles 7:14 (ESV)Today’s Salty Thought:The hope of a nation is found in the people who faithfully seek God.Today’s Challenge:Set aside five minutes today to pray for America.
