(#2) How to set POWERFUL intentions that actually manifest in 2025

Hi friends!! Here we are going DEEP into the process for intention setting that you can use for any and all intentions you desire to create or experience in the next year and beyond. Process is included below! (Listen first bc the pod goes way deeper into the WHY each part is necessary and specific examples of what it looks like) ** NOTE- In episode there are 2 shorter processes for my friends who don’t want to go this deep! Both the two shorter processes will be effective for you as well :) (also please ignore the assigned chapters and timestamps, I'm not sure how to edit them yet) Grab a journal and write out- Ask yourself: “What is one intention that I desire to create or experience by the end of 2025?” (note, you can use this for multiple intentions but I’m teaching one so we can really get this system down) Ask yourself: Why do I want this desire? What's my motivation for wanting this? (check in with if its coming from a place of abundance, excitement, pleasure etc. or if it’s coming from a place of ego/ not enoughness) Ask yourself: How would it feel in your body when you're experiencing or living this intention being manifested, by the end of 2025? REALLY allow yourself to go into it. Take note of anything you feel or see. Ask yourself: When I think of creating or experiencing this intention by the end of 2025, what beliefs or thoughts pop up that tell me that I can’t do it, or it’s not possible? (notice any resistance / thoughts that come up when you think about taking action towards this, write them down) Once you write out any limiting beliefs, fears, excuses or thoughts that come up around the idea of you creating or having this thing (intention), pick the top 1 or 2 that stand out to you the most. Then, write out the positive opposite, or positive version of this limiting belief. (examples on how to do this in episode)  Make a note in your phone in BOLD with your new positive belief(s) and pin it. Every day after you wake up or every night before you go to bed, fill out in your pinned note using bullet points, all the moments in your day where this statement (new belief) was true. Take note of those moments where this new belief was true because this will train your mind to see how you already are capable, and proves to your mind how the opposite of your fear or limiting beliefs are true for you! :) Which will help release resistance and help you realize you’re already a match to receive or create your intention Ask yourself: What are 1-5 physical actions that I can take right now or this year that would move me in the direction of my intention for 2025? Write them out. Pick one action off your list to start with and commit to doing that for a MINIMUM of two weeks before adding in another action. For me I’m starting off with 3 and doing them for a month before adding on, but go at your own pace. When you have your action(s) make another pinned note in your phone of what they are, you could make them your phone background or make sticky notes where you will see everyday.  TRACK YOUR PROGRESS QUEENS and be okay if you fall off and get back on. It’s called intention for a reason, not perfection and it’s okay to take detours. Just always remember where you are going 🙂 Thank you so much for being here and listening!!
