2: Joshua Rasch

To Dare is Human, Ep. 2 - Joshua Rasch This is To Dare is Human, a podcast dedicated to stories of grit, determination, persistence and sometimes plain hard-nosed stubbornness on the human journey to success. Be sure to subscribe to stay up-to-date! In this episode, I share a conversation with Joshua Rasch, now a fitness coach and top trainer at the #1 Orangetheory Fitness studio in the world. I use the word "now" because Josh once had a completely different trajectory -- selling cabinets and kitchen sets in Baltimore, a job he planned to hold for life. Josh's Dare came after a conversation over birthday dinner which solidified his decision to step away from his planned career and dive headlong into the world of personal fitness. Fast forward to today, and Josh is thriving -- and building out his own brand, Raschuwafit. I hope you enjoy listening to his inspiring story in this episode. If you'd like to connect with Josh, you can find him at his website raschuwafit.com, Instagram @raschuwafit, Facebook @raschuwafit, and Twitter @raschuwafit. He's also available via email at [email protected]. If you'd like to learn more about Orangetheory Fitness, go check them out here. Josh coaches most every day at the Arlington-Ballston studio, so if you're local you should swing by and take a class from him! (I haven't been asked to promote this by anyone; I've just been a member since the studio opened and I love it!) Thanks again for tuning into the show! Leave a rating and review to let me know your thoughts on what you hear -- I'm always trying to improve for you all! Additionally, I'm on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, and by email at [email protected]. If you know of a Daring individual or story which should be shared, reach out and let me know about it!
