Since that inflection, Luke has held a weekly leadership study with his staff, and it has had an amazing impact on his business. Luke also discusses why he started investing in real estate as a business owner, what he has learned, and the tax strategy behind it.  We discuss Luke’s current passion and focus on investing in old, downtown buildings and revitalizing them.
