Aliens are attacking Waterdeep, launching STRANGE THINGS from the edge of the ASTRAL SEA that surrounds the world. The Blackstaff of Waterdeep VAJRA SAFAR has tasked Mairi and crew with investigating the ship launching these extraterrestrial projectiles.To do this Mairi and crew need a ship of their own capable of sailing the stars. This class of ship is known as a SPELLJAMMER and the only one in Waterdeep belongs to the crime boss known as THE XANATAR.
