Matt Barré leads off this episode with Mark McCormack and Nick Howland as they discuss why they’re each in the group, some of their big breakthroughs because of We Are The They, and what they’re looking forward to in the coming months and years of WATT!Matt, originally from the U.K., is a realtor in Tucson AZ. He also served 10 years in the Royal Air Force where he saw active duty in both Iraq and Afghanistan. Mark is the owner and CEO of ADP Lemco and is involved in a myriad of other businesses included Professional Floor Systems, Saxton Group, and more. Nick is a plastic surgeon partnered with Premiere Plastic Surgery Group of Utah. All 3 are members of the second WATT Leadership group.
