I'd love for you to contact me: santiyounger.com/contact This is a Stoic Practice called Negative Visualization which means Premeditation of Evils or Premeditatio Malorum in latin. The act of thinking and anticipating bad things that could happen. So that we feel ready when they do. At first it's pretty counter-intuitive, but it soon becomes a way to cultivate tranquility through an acceptance of how the world is. We must realize that even if the worse happens it's not the end of the world.
