Why does she get to eat all the pizza she wants and not gain weight? AND ON AND ON AND ON…ALL.DAY.LONG. In this episode, we talk about that dreaded food noise and I give you 4 small adjustments that are completely within your control to find freedom from the noise. How does hydration help? Your current food intake could be increasing the volume on the noise. Why losing the “I’ll sleep when I’m dead” mentality can help. Ladies, you need to be a cheerleader, not a bully.
