The analogy that I give is is:</p> <p><br></p> <p>If you don&#39; know how to ride a bike but you all of a sudden have this urge to ride downhill MTB. It would be like not knowing how to ride and then signing up for a downhill race in the first 3 months. It&#39;s ridiculous. </p> <p>
</p> <p>SOOOO often I see moms want to lose the baby weight and their motivation is at an all time high and they take on too much too soon. </p> <p><br></p> <p>For any goal - whether that be weight loss, body recomposition, performance - a step by step approach for how to tackle nutrition to support you.</p> <p><br></p> <p><strong>It goes like this:</strong></p> <p>1. Data collecting</p> <p>2. Calorie tracking only</p> <p>3. Calorie tracking and protein </p> <p>4.
