Last week we looked at the leadership required to oversee the church. This week we will see how leadership is supposed to work among the people who make up the church. Remember that leadership is influence and spiritual leadership influences others toward godly living. The way our church will grow to be healthy, unified and firing on all cylinders is as we influence each other towards spiritual maturity.
