She's five months well, I've been learning many things, but there is really these two things that I think you can apply this on your own life.
And what I'm talking about applies to my daughter's Moana, which is just five months, applies to my life and applies to your life as well, because this is about human beings. Okay, so here are the two things. Thing number one, we humans, we love to have our routines. We work better when we have a structure.
Routines are not those boring things that's, oh, a lot of people say, oh, I don't like routines. No, no, no, wait a second. You only can work when you have the right structure for your day, okay? This works because it's all about the brain.
Your brain wants to know what is actually going to be doing without having to think about it, because when your brain has to think about it, it means that it has to spend energy. And your brain wants to do everything it's possible to actually save your energy, okay? So that's number one. I've been watching her grow and she loves to have already her little routine.
You know, we take her to the table, she already knows it's time to eat and she gets excited the same way with herself, okay? Give yourself a favor. Do yourself a favor. Start to have this structure during your day.
Your day is going to be going much better. You're going to be saving energy. Remember, energy is important, okay? Energy is the new currency of the world, okay?
That's the first thing that I've learned. On the other hand, also it is important and that's what I've been learning from her, to have novelty, to keep changing things around. Because if I leave her right there, like you can see, but if I leave her on the playground for way too long, she starts to get annoyed. She starts to get unhappy and she starts to cry.
The same way in our lives. We just do the same things over and over and over every single day. Eventually, we are going to be getting bored and eventually we are not going to be happy and not going to be getting results. So bring some novelty on your day.
Always bring something deep and look for ways to bring this in fitness, into your drive-diff from foods, whatever it is. Always keep changing things around with the structure and that's when you succeed. Okay, I hope that you like this. I hope that you can apply this in your life.
