2-Year-Old Boy Found in Filthy Cage

A 2-year-old boy was discovered locked inside a caged area in a home in Carrollton, Kentucky, under appalling conditions. The cage, described as a padlocked wooden and metal enclosure, was littered with feces and urine. The boy was found unclothed. Following the discovery, five individuals were arrested and charged in connection with the incident. Those arrested include Brenda Chilton, 71, William Mahoney, 72, Codey Johnson, 29, Tammy Simmons, 52, and Shelby Turocy, 28. The authorities were alerted to the situation, leading to the discovery of the deplorable conditions in which the child was being kept.
