She has extensive experience with corporate and foundation partnerships, successfully structuring relationships with national and international firms in the private and public sector. Leighton spent nine years in New York City where she launched her career in nonprofit fundraising and philanthropy management. Prior to joining PMA, she led the institutional investor portfolio as a Senior Development Associate for Echoing Green, a global social venture fund.
