#20: Dr. Peter Ballerstedt (@GrassBased) - Unpacking Cows Critical Role in our Ecosystems, Food Systems, and Healthcare System.
from The Meat Mafia Podcast · host The Meat Mafia
Dr. Peter Ballerstedt may have the most appropriate (and incredible) nickname of all time: they call him "Don Pedro, the Sodfather of the Rumanati". He studied and has a PhD in Agronomy and Ruminant Nutrition, but also practices and understands the benefits of a LCHF (low-carb, high fat) diet. His knowledge of soil health, cows' roles in supporting our ecosystems, and human health, places him in a unique position to educate on many of the conflicting ideas floating around about beef. The Sodfather does not disappoint - pay your respects!YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cRmwobXCc4cConnect with Meat Mafia:Instagram - Meat MafiaTwitter - Meat MafiaYouTube - Meat MafiaConnect with Noble Protein:Website - Noble ProteinTwitter - Noble ProteinInstagram - Noble ProteinGet full access to The Meat Mafia Podcast at themeatmafiapodcast.substack.com/subscribe
