20 - First Employee: a journey From Apprentice to Director

Sometimes taking that scary step can lead to something special! In this week’s episode of The F Word, we’re joined by our very own, Jess Crook! This is a notable ep for us, getting to chat to Jess, who has seen Whyfield through it all over the past ten years. Jess joined us as an apprentice in our tiny broom-cupboard-sized office of three staff, and then quickly moved her way up, gaining qualifications, taking on responsibilities, and guiding the team on her way.
