Frank Gale and Attorney Sean McCauley share insight into the Collective Bargaining Process, specifically discussing the new law in Colorado coined “COBCA” or C.R.S. § 8-3.3-101. This allows employees working for counties in the state to form a union and collective bargain. Specifically, Douglas County, Arapahoe County, Elbert County, and Boulder County to name a few are currently in the process of forming a collective bargaining agreement. This episode is insightful to the process of CBA, and explains what it can and can not do for the employees.
