20 - How to Use Strategy Maps to Achieve Success

In this episode, Blake talks about using Strategy Maps to understand how an organisation fulfills its mission, identify opportunities, and achieve success.  The idea of strategy maps was introduced by Robert S. Kaplan and David P. Norton in their article "Having Trouble with Your Strategy?
