The guys spike their bean juice.IRISH COFFEE RECIPE1.7oz/50 ml Irish Whiskey4oz/120 ml hot coffee1.7oz/50 ml fresh cream1 teaspoon sugarPour coffee into a pre-heated Irish coffee glass. Add whiskey and sugar and stir until dissolved. Carefully pour fresh thick chilled cream over the back of a spoon held just above the surface of the coffee.
