20 - Labels Do They Stop You or Free You?

Autism, OCD, ADHD…. And all of the other labels!These days people are using these lables more and more. Some stem from professional diagnosis some from self identification. Regardless of where the label comes from my curiosity is when do the labels stop you? And when do they actually set you free? Now I am aware that for some this is a charged topic but I invite you to release the charge, flood yourself with curiosity and explore with me. You are safe and no one knows what true for you other than you. I wonder what more we can become aware of in the Curious Universe.
