20. My Kambo Journey

Kambo refers to the secretions of an Amazonian tree frog, which I chose to use in a guided, supportive space as a medicine.  What is Kambo & why did I choose to do it?  How can Kambo be done safely & intentionally?  What takeaways can one expect to receive through the journey?    This episode was inspired by the love & curiosity I received posting a little celebratory ankle photo on my IG Story.
