Send us Fan MailEverybody has been through struggles in their lives; we have all experienced some sort of pain, and have needed the courage and belief in ourselves to overcome them. But what about those who have had to overcome struggles from birth?Francisco Oller-Garcia was born with a physical disability, resulting in his inability to use his legs. This disability could have ruined his life, but instead, he used this as a challenge to become, as he calls it, a "beacon of light."Francisco has become the Digital Operations and Marketing Specialist for BeniComp Health Solutions, a health tech company in the insurance space. He is also an active civic member, community builder, and advocate of lifelong learning. He is the Marketing Chair for the University of Tampa's Board of Counselors, on the Digital Marketing Advisory Board Member for The University of South Florida, and involved with Emerging Leaders of Tampa Bay. Earlier this year, Employee Benefit Adviser recognized him as a Rising Star, and recently, he has named a top 10 Marketing Operations leader by Chatfunnels and a Linkedin Sales Star.
