Well, that’s not always the case. Today, we are honored to have our friends, Kara Werth and Bethany Nelson, who also double as our competitors in the real estate world. Bethany has a degree in Public Relations from Belmont University, became a licensed realtor in 2010, and now owns investment property. Kara graduated from high school, immediately dove into real estate, and became a realtor at 18. We met Kara and Bethany at a Rachel Hollis Conference and built a friendship laid on a great foundation.
