20. (solo) Losing My Sh*t & Balancing My Seasons: A “High Achiever’s” Guide To Avoiding Self-Imposed Not-Enoughness

from Get A Grip with Kendall Reusing · host Kendall Reusing

Today, I talk through the ever-expanding lessons I’m learning (and living) around balancing seasons of “doing everything at once” with seasons of “something’s gotta give.” I SPECIFICALLY describe my process with this in order to set myself up for mental success (rather than chronic not-enoughness and disappointment in myself). And I know lots of folks can relate to this, because I’ve talked to many of you about this at my seminars, online, and when we meet in person. This episode is literally me getting home from gym, sitting down at my computer (not my high quality camera that leads to better reels on ig, because I couldn’t find my SD card 😅), and hitting record with zero planning, makeup, or good lighting lol. I also throw in a few fun life updates. I hope you feel like we were on FaceTime with this one, because that’s what it felt like to record. :) I love you, and I’m in your corner all the time. Thank you for being here. For your precious time and attention, your subscriptions/follows/shares, and, above all else, for your love. As mentioned, you can always use code: KENDALLDT8 at scramblestuff.com, and access to apply to my online mentorship program, Jiu Jitsu Accelerator, will be announced soon.
