Today, I talk through the ever-expanding lessons I’m learning (and living) around balancing seasons of “doing everything at once” with seasons of “something’s gotta give.” I SPECIFICALLY describe my process with this in order to set myself up for mental success (rather than chronic not-enoughness and disappointment in myself). And I know lots of folks can relate to this, because I’ve talked to many of you about this at my seminars, online, and when we meet in person.
