20 Years Since The Battle In Seattle

The major thing to celebrate this week was the 20th anniversary of the 'Battle in Seattle' protesters shut down the WTO meeting in 1999. We play a soundscape editing together from a documentary called Breaking the Spell. Gerald Keaney and I discuss the Seattle success and the other major convergences which happened around the country and world last decade. This special sedition of S #1312 features a surprise debate between Linda and Gerald Keaney in which Gerry announces 'neither Tehran nor Canberra'.
