Well even the episode is broken in two segments. We amazingly stared at Clay’s tricep when he does his concrete push roll overs and that was even before his transformation with the famous @noga900 , they both are short on shirts which is totally fine and acceptable. All I am saying is cold plunges. Clay told us about his last months, time, reality, friends and the audience asked for music. It got delivered Clay style and not just because Breiland in German means porridge land, farming and living of the land is something that is within Clay. Pushing close to double his bodyweight, training finding balance and as well as purpose. There is not enough time to talk to Clay. Clay is gonna be back. It’s already in the works. From making guitars from scratch, drawing masterpieces, singing and songwriting, driving a subaru and sharing life with us for those 2 hours. Thank you Clay.
