200 | I Never Hear My Pastor Talk About Abortion. Does That Mean I’m Going to Hell?

If I had a nickel for every time a woman said to me, “My pastor never talks about abortion. I don’t think I’ve ever heard the word abortion in church,” I would never have to work again a day in my life.  Okay, okay, maybe that’s a slight exaggeration, but I indeed hear this on a regular basis.  Now I just want to preface this by saying, this is not a pastor-hating episode. I have a deep respect for pastors and am super thankful for the pastors at my own church. I am passionate about raising awareness to help the church as a whole shed light on this issue of abortion and abortion recovery, which is what I want to convey in this episode today. When the church is silent about abortion, women and men are prevented from getting healing.
