2001-04-15 Easter

Why is the resurrection more than just a nice religious idea but actually the foundation of all Christian hope? What's the difference between hoping in temporary things versus hoping in eternal realities? In this Easter message that confronts modern skepticism with biblical truth, Pastor Dave exposes why the resurrection is the crucial issue that makes or breaks all of Christianity, revealing how believers become "pregnant with hope" for an imperishable inheritance. Through Bernie May's compelling simulator illustration and C.S. Lewis's insights about desire, this message challenges believers to stop limiting their hopes to the "little story" of earthly life and instead embrace the radical hope that transforms present living while guaranteeing future glory.
