2002-02-10 You Can’t Believe Everyone

How can we distinguish between God's Spirit and false spirits in a world full of conflicting messages? What makes Jesus fundamentally different from other religious leaders? Pastor Dave reveals the shocking reality that eternal consequences hang in the balance as false prophets multiply in our world, making spiritual discernment a life-or-death skill. Through Philip Yancey's powerful encounter with God as a passionate person and the cosmic scope of Jesus as Creator and Sustainer of 1.3 million earths inside our sun alone, he exposes how the spirit of antichrist subtly works through seemingly moral causes to minimize Christ while showing believers they possess supernatural discernment through the Holy Spirit dwelling within them.
