He wanted to dig into four different niches, and he wanted my opinion. He wanted me to help him narrow it down and validate it. The validation part was pretty easy. We validated them after we narrowed it down to two different niches. We removed two because I want to avoid those two. I'm going to share those with you. And once we got it to where we are down to two, I was able to validate it within 15 minutes. Now he's off to the races and ready to start building his niche properties. So let's kind of dig in here.
