2006 • Focus On Creating ASSETS (Game Changer)

Welcome back to another Monday mindset. Today we're going to talk about three different areas of creating and focusing on assets.That can be a complete game-changer. This goes for everything in life. I recently had a conversation with my wife's cousin's daughter. We were talking in general about life and why it's so important to create something that can continually benefit you.How do I go out there? How do I, how do I create a service for someone? How do I help someone with one problem? Let's say you have a pest control business. Customers come in once a month to have pests in their houses treated. It could be a pool company, and they come out and service your pool. It's one-to-one a lot of times, which is great. I like to look at how we create something that can keep on giving, day after day, week after week, and year after year. For all of you who have been listening for any time, you know, I talk about evergreen assets or niche properties, meaning that they don't go, they don't go stale. I will elaborate more in this episode.
