#201: 'Cuckoo' & 'Alien: Romulus' + Film Festival Designations

For episode 201, I’m joined once again by my co-host Myles Hughes, with fellow co-host Steve Prusakowski continuing to handle the behind the scenes work during Emmy season. This time around, we're both discussing Cuckoo (reviewed here), while I prep Myles for Alien: Romulus (reviewed here). We also talk a bit about my recent Sunday Scaries piece here on indie horror sequels. In addition, we get into the fall film festival designations, figuring out just what might be playing where. If you're curious what I might be seeing at the Telluride Film Festival and Toronto International Film Festival in a few weeks, it's a conversation to pay attention to... As always my friends and faithful listeners/readers, I do hope you all enjoy the latest episode of the Awards Radar Podcast, our 201st one to date (here’s to many more). Of course, feel free to revisit the previous installments by clicking the Podcast tab (here) on the top of the page. Plus, listen to us on Apple Podcasts (iTunes), Spotify, and other platforms. More to come each and every single week, so from the bottom of my heart, thank you for listening!
