#201 Natosha Rogers - Living a Balanced Life as a 2:23 Marathoner

On this episode, the boys had on special guest Natosha Rogers! Natosha just came off an amazing Chicago Marathon, where she ran a PR of 2:23 and was the top American woman!Most of Natosha's running career has been on the track - this is just her 3rd marathon. After a tough debut at the 2024 Trials, she has had back-to-back successful marathons! We talked about her build, coaching change and the race itself. Natosha has a slightly different training method than others where she uses a lot of cross-training, and she also makes sure she lives a balanced life where she finds time to do other things she enjoys outside of running.
