Her research challenges the view that refugees in camps are just victims who are trapped in their situation and have not agency. Dr Gaurav Kampani, researcher at the Norwegian Institute for Defence Studies, investigates the question if India’s nuclear posture and use philosophy is undergoing radical transformation.
