The poet Mark Nepo writes: “To Journey without being changed is to be a nomad. To change without journeying is to be a chameleon. To journey and to be transformed by the journey is to be a pilgrim.” We are a pilgrim people and a pilgrim church. As individuals and as a community we journey together, and are transformed by the road we travel – sometimes with ease and grace, sometimes with resistance and loss.
