Is trust earned or is trust given? Or both? If trust is earned, how do we earn it? If trust is given, what conditions must be met to give and receive that gift? Brene Brown says, “When we trust, we are braving connections with others.” But it’s difficult to be brave and trust others, if you don’t trust yourself. Let’s explore the connections between trusting self and trusting others.
