2019 TRANSFORMATION (WINS, LOSSES) & EXPECTATIONS FOR 2020. PART 1

This is so insane even to say but...... 2019 IS ALMOST OVER!!!!   I've had a year full of tears (joyful and not so joyful tears), wins, and losses.   Honestly, 2019's mental and spiritual transformation for me has been by far the biggest transformation that I've had.   There are so many things that have happened this year and so many realizations that I've had.... it's so crazy to think about.   In today's episode, I am going to be sharing my goals, wins, losses, and takeaway from 2019.
