Hey friends! In honor of Abortion Recovery Awareness Month, we are featuring interviews with other women just like you! I’m praying their stories will help you see just how possible healing and wholeness after abortion truly is.   Today’s guest is my new friend, Mary Browning. Mary J. Browning is an attorney licensed to practice law in Missouri. She had a private practice for almost 20 years, focusing on matters involving children and other family law matters. Mary is a litigator who has practiced in many circuit courts and in the appellate divisions of the Missouri Court of Appeals, and in the United States Supreme Court.   Mary spent 10 years in the executive department of Missouri, focusing on abused and neglected children, serving as the Chair of the State Child Fatality Review Program, and as General Counsel for the Missouri Department of Social Services. She currently serves on her local Pregnancy Help Center board and has done so for many years.   Mary now works for The Justice Foundation as Legal Advisor to Operation Outcry Witnesses. In this role, she mentors women who’ve had abortion in their pasts and helps them share their stories.
