202 Moses failed

Send us Fan MailIn Numbers we follow the children of Israel as they travel in the desert.They were always complaining and wanting.GOD had delivered them from slavery and was giving them the Promised Land.Yet they were ungrateful and took every chance to turn their back on GOD.In our story Moses is leading this group of spoiled children.Sure they were thirsty and instead of trusting GOD to provide then forced Moses into talking to GOD to deliver water for them.GOD told Moses to gather all together and smote the rock that had followed them on their journey.Moses did and water came forth.Later on the crowd uprised again about being thirsty and GOD told Moses to gather them together in front of the rock but this time talk to the rock.Moses got the people together, fussed at them, then struck the rock again.GOD had to punish Moses for not following his command.We can't do things that worked before just because we wanted to do the same thing.We need to do things as GOD tells us, that way it is done right.Buzzsprout - Let's get your podcast launched!Start for FREEDisclaimer: This post contains affiliate links.
