202 - The Spiritual Children Of God

Overview – The Spiritual Children Of God. 1 John 1-3. In my sermon today I teach the first three verses of John’s first Gospel in which he gives God’s spiritual children some really good news. I also talk about some really good news for all humanity. John tells all those whom God has redeemed that they have become God’s children. And I don’t mean that people become God’s physical children because every human being is created by God making them by default a physical child of God, but John tells those whom God has redeemed that they have become God’s spiritual children. What is so amazing about becoming a spiritual child of God? Why would anyone want to become a spiritual child of God? And, do you know if you are a spiritual child of God?
