A new 18 month cycle just began with Rahu in Taurus and Ketu in Scorpio -- Remember the SARS Coronavirus outbreak? That was during this same transit 18 years ago. The United Nations, the CIA and Dept of Homeland Security were created in this transit. Could we see a new governing organization created over the next 18 months? The Civil Rights act was passed during this transit - could we see a major development in social justice issues?
