2020 Census

It's in the Constitution - every 10 years we count the number of people living in the United States and its territories. And in 2020 the U.S. Census Bureau will count us again. But there are some groups that may be under-counted, such as African-Americans, Hispanics and poor people. Why do we need an accurate Census count? Why are some groups leery of the process? What can we do to ensure everyone is counted?
