2020 Hindsight: Moves Miami Made That We Hated at the Time... And Others We Still Do

The decision to select Cam Smith in the second round of the 2023 NFL Draft was a wise one by the Miami Dolphins. Despite adding Jalen Ramsey, the Dolphins learned that you can never have too many cornerbacks after dealing with injuries throughout the 2022 season. Early in training camp, Ramsey, unfortunately, suffered an injury that will keep him off the field for an extended period of time -- providing Smith the opportunity to contribute much earlier than some originally thought.
