Hear Marlene Bullard, board president of Tornillo ISD, talk about how the school board has taken a leadership role in the community.   Tornillo ISD is one of five 2020 Honor Boards named by the Texas Association of School Administrators (TASA). The five boards are now finalists for Outstanding School Board.   The 2020 Outstanding School Board will be announced by TASA on October 2 during the virtual txEDCON2020, the TASA | TASB Convention. txEDCON2020 will be held September 30–October 2.
